WaveNet Layer: FiLMs #176
Description
Look into adding FiLM layers to the WaveNet layer. https://arxiv.org/abs/2102.06200 shows one way, but there are several options, i.e. before/after each of the parts of the layer:
- Input convolution(s)
- Activation
- Post-1x1
