Add Java support for ppc64le and s390x platforms #49

Originally raised in sdkman/sdkman-candidates#80 by @paritkum from the IBM Semeru Runtimes team.
SDKMAN! currently shows no Java versions available for ppc64le and s390x platforms. The IBM Semeru team has offered to collaborate to ensure Java is available on these platforms.
cc @eddumelendez — could you look into whether the Foojay DISCO API has coverage for these platforms, and what would be needed to surface them in SDKMAN!?
