Another minor documentation issue: in Observed(), 'pa' is the "parallactic" angle, not the position angle, I think.

The parallactic angle IS the position angle of the zenith. Besides that, the "position angle" in the comment should be modified as proposed, both to make clear what is meant and to align this with standard astrometric nomenclature.
