Expose Luau C Stack API from seal - fix luaH_dummynode #164
Description
We need plugins to bind to the exact same instance of the luau c api that seal does to avoid inconsistencies in the GC causing segfaults and/or UB at runtime. We can probably do something similar to what Midnight Frost's luaugo project does to re-export mluau C stack APIs. It will just be annoying work
