Upsert created_at column?

This is something that is definitely needed.

Please add an optional parm or something that can modify the column?

Looks like it just needs to address these lines:

```
def update_column_definitions
    setter_column_definitions.select { |cd| cd.name !~ CREATED_COL_REGEX }
end
```
