Http proxy on top of socks proxy

Hi!

Right now the proxy setting only allows a single proxy at a time.
In reality it is possible to do Socks proxy THEN an Http proxy since Socks operates at the TCP layer and HTTP at the application layer.
It's a bit of a niche use-case that I happen to need.
I can code it no worries there, just wondering if you would be willing to upstream it @seanmonstar.

Is this something that can be done with Proxy::custom? My personal feeling on this is that it's rather niche to maintain in reqwest...

I dont think the internal supports more than one proxy right?

This is not really an "or" situation, its the intent of connecting first to socks then sending a CONNECT on that connection to establish a tunnel to the real target.

I guess it is niche, but its also not super complicated to add an snowy likely around 100 lines change. Totally understand if you dont want it though.
