Visual Bug in the Frontend Users Tab

Bug Description

You can't see the About Dropdown or the Avatar Dropdown when you are in the Users tab in the Navigation Bar

Steps to Reproduce

1. While logged in click on the Users tab from on the Top Navigation Bar
2. Click on Avatar Profile Icon
3. The dropdown is partially covered
4. While still logged in click on the ⋮
5. The dropdown is partially covered

Expected Behavior

Fix the issue by making the Dropdowns visible like it is in all of the other tabs.
