Implementing Local Sitemap Parsing Feature ✅

Successfully implemented support for parsing local sitemap.xml files as requested in issue #15.

Current Architecture:

Main class: Sitemapper in src/assets/sitemapper.js
Uses got library for HTTP requests in parse() method
Uses fast-xml-parser for XML parsing
Has CLI binary at bin/sitemapper.js

Implemented Solution:

✅ Added isLocalFile() method to detect file paths vs URLs
✅ Added parseLocalFile() method to handle local file reading
✅ Modified parse() method to route to local file parsing when appropriate
✅ Updated TypeScript definitions
✅ Added comprehensive test suite with multiple scenarios
✅ Updated CLI binary to support local files
✅ Created examples for local file usage
✅ Handles gzipped local files
✅ Supports all existing options (fields, lastmod, exclusions, etc.)

Automatic detection of local files vs URLs

All existing filtering options work with local files
Enhanced CLI with better help text and examples

Implementation Summary:

The feature now allows parsing local sitemap files in addition to remote URLs. The library automatically detects whether the input is a URL or a local file path and handles it appropriately. All existing functionality (gzip support, field filtering, lastmod filtering, exclusions) works seamlessly with local files.
