change the network system

after exploring how compose works
I had some to change the compose in the networks part

my idea is to change the networks by network_mode: "service:searxng" from redis
o remove everything that is networks

basically would not affect how SearXNG works
redis is only there for him
and excusing having to create a network just for this service
since the caddy doesn't touch redis it would be interesting
