everytime i shut down my web page/website I can't bring it back up

Hello, every time i do "sudo docker-compose down -d" command to shut down my website to make changes or to update to the latest version I can't get my website back up with "sudo docker-compose up -d" command. I am always doing it in the directary of searxng folder. But when ever i try the command "sudo docker-compose up -d" to bring the website back up and i go to refresh the website it never comes back up. Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be great. Thanks
