New install, no way to create cert thus it wont start

I'm in a double NAT environment and the only way to get a cert is through CloudFlare DNS api. Is there a way to make that happen? I'm not familiar with Caddyfile and I think this app should be more flexible to have those settings. Or is there a way to insert my own cert?

Sorry I have to ask, but I cannot find it in documentation. There is an entry saying

I managed to find the compose without Caddy and it works right away in local network. Maybe it should be included on Github page?
