Add support for `ECDSA` private key algorithm

Operator currently support only RSA algorithm for certificate private key and throws error with ECDSA private key.

As I understand it, you're creating a certificate whose spec.privateKey.algorithm is set to ECDSA?

Would you be able to provide more information about what failure you're seeing so that I can address?

Hi @jdw6359, Yes, I was trying to create certificate with spec.privateKey.algorithm is set to ECDSA. I do not have exact error now, but I think it was failed to parse RSA private key

I imagine our PK decoding assumes that we're working with RSA, I can try to build in support for ECDSA as well and will get back to you
