Creating an enhanced version of this extension

I have begun overhauling the codebase for the UI to match the Beads database. I am also adding significant enhancements in security, stability, performance, and usability. There is also an opportunity to merge features with the planet57 Beads extension, which provides a left-panel quick view of all bead records, with record details below. I use both of these extensions, but there is considerable overlap.

Hi David, great work. I have imported the latest vsx and it has solved many of the issues with the current release. Let me finish reviewing the complete set of changes you have made.

Let me upload the latest fixes and updates by end of day today. I added incremental data loads (just-in-time) to speed up very large beads databases (e.g., 10,000+ records). I also simplified to use the bd cli in most cases as there are currently some bugs with the bd daemon. When that is fully funcitonal, we could migrate back (if needed).

I have finished fixing the security, stability, performance, and usability fixes. It seems to work pretty well, and is ready for you to figure out if you want to merge or adopt this version and continue building on this branch. There is a lot of UI potential improvements, as well as wrapping bd cli commands to execute bd administration and database fixes, all from the extension menu (it could be a full-fledged Beads front-end). I would also be interested in seeing how to integrate issue assignment to AI agents like Claude/Codex/Gemini, similar to how Auto Claude or Auto-Maker are doing AI Orchestration.
