Certain unicode characters do not show in chat or hover text in v7 viewers, but do in v6 viewers.

I recently upgraded Firestorm from v6, noticed certain unicode characters in chat and hover text exhibit the bug, installed LL's viewer, saw the same issue.

I was told by Monty Linden in the last server meeting to file a bug report for the viewer to get a font pack update.

Here are a few out of many problem characters:

The U+2BAF to U+2BC8 range appears to genuinely not be in our fonts. Notosans or inter might be needed for that.
As far as I can tell symbol 🛇 was never supported, it's red version was supported, but since out fonts didn't support colors it was drawn as black and now is properly red.
🗕🗙🞁 do not appear to be in our fonts as well. They are relatively new (when copared to our fonts) and can be found in Noto Sans
