Move to Velopack for Faster, Transparent Updates #4974
Description
What does this feature/enhancement do? Why is it needed?
Switch the update system to Velopack to improve update speed and provide better transparency for residents.
Test Plan
- Verify update process is faster via Velopack
- Confirm update dialogs are clearer for residents
- Ensure no regression in updater functionality
