Tag protection

Hi, can we add [tag protection](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/managing-repository-settings/configuring-tag-protection-rules) to this project? Since the distribution is through source code files, it should ensure adopters to have higher confidence on the code they pulled through package managers.
