Add a search interface to find radio streams from other platforms

Two options here..

1. Maintain a file on GitHub with a list of streams that can be queried from the UX.
2. Find an API or website I can scrape to get a list of radio streams.

Looked at scraping this site.

It has an API, but only accepts requests from the same domain.
