Delete files in import folder after sucessful import

CSAF files that have been imported during startup of the server remain in the import folder. The server will try to import them during every start.

Probably it would be better to delete the successful imported files. Errors during import could be logged in a file, so a user can see, why they haven't been imported.

I'm not sure whether deleting is the right way (you don't want to loose data) but maybe moving to a different folder, e.g. already_imported? 🤔
