Task for time based upload to trusted provider

It would be nice to have an automatic upload of documents to the trusted provider .

How to trigger the upload?

• Option 1: Upload document in status RfPublication where date is in the past.
  • Advantage: Easier to implement, could be used without any changes in secvisogram, at the moment the publication date isn't visible in secvisogram
  • Disadvantage: A "forgotten" document in status RfPublication could be published
• Option 2: Add new workflow state auto_publish or additional information in status RfPublication to identify an document for automatic publication.
  • Advantage: Fine-Grained decision on which way a document should be published.
  • Disadvantage: Additional workflow state must be integrated in backend and secvisogram,

Needed configuration:

• Enable/Disable auto publish
• Interval to check for documents to publish
• URL to publish
• Password and/or TLS-Key for authentication

I prefer a new workflow state. The RfPublication is really to give the publisher (role) the last word in saying whether and when is going to be published.
