Consider adding a newline after each param description in the help message

From the discussion in #138, this was liked by both @signekb and @lwjohnst86 so I'm tracking it in a separate issue not covered by #140. Seems trickier to implement, but I have not check extensively.

I do like the newlines, but if it's tricky to implement, I think it still looks good without it 💅
