Description
This task includes few commands:
- Command for user to report an issue (requires seekev-user role)
- Command/Reaction for developer to accept issue and add it to github
Issue form example:
[discord] # where that issue appeared (this example in discord bot)
username: SerekKiri # github username (nullable) to place in issue
description: If you type "blabla" bot crashes # when the issue appears, what is causeing it
