Tracker location -1

Describe the bug
I created a few trackers many months ago, but now after a couple of months some of them started reporting location in the ocean under Africa while others are still working, changing the battery doesn't fix the issue either.

To Reproduce
I'm not sure how to reproduce this issue.

Expected behavior
Location should be reported correctly, however the tracker says it's in the ocean.

Looks like there's new data coming in the reports and it isn't being decrypted properly. (biemster/FindMy#52)

There is an open PR to bandaid it for Openhaystack. (#239)
