New user - not sure about GPU setting

Hi,

First, thanks for a very nice tool. I am a new user and don't have much knowledge about CPU/GPU settings, so my question might be a very naive one, but I did not find the answer in other discussions. I just installed G-helper and removed AC, and from what I see in the GPU settings in G-helper (screenshot below), these GPU settings are identifcal in all modes (silent, balanced, turbo). Are they supposed to be like this? I thought they should be different between modes; like turbo should have higher GPU power. Is this how things work in AC?
