Keyboard backlight control not working on Proart laptops

What's wrong?

Two issues:

1. Changing the laptop keyboard color in G-helper has no effect on the color of the laptop keyboard.
2. Pressing FN-F4 correctly toggles the laptop brightness, but the screen says "Max" when the keyboard is at low, "Off" for mid, "Low" for max, and "Mid" for off.
