[FEAT] Notification for collection request availability

Problem
I requested the Bloodsport collection, but, I only got emails that two of the four movies were available, even though all four movies show in both Radarr and Jellyseerr.

Solution/Workaround
Send notification that the collection is available, if a collection was requested.

This is not a feature request needed. Please await our next version. There is a bug in notifications.
