Failed to retrieve watchlist items, but only for owner

Hi Seerr team 👋

I’m having an issue with Plex Watchlist sync only for the owneruser. Other users’ watchlists are still being processed (I can see items being auto-requested ), but my watchlist fails to load.

Environment

• App: Jellyseerr
• Version: 2.7.3 (up to date)
• Install: TrueNAS SCALE Apps (Docker container)
• Plex: connected via OAuth in settings
• Jobs: “Plex Refresh Token” runs, but watchlist retrieval still returns 404.

What works / What doesn’t

✅ Watchlist sync seems to work for other users (requests created or skipped as “already exists”)
❌ Watchlist retrieval fails for owner with 404 from Plex.TV Metadata API, so new items added to owner’s Plex Watchlist never get imported/auto-requested.

Troubleshooting already tried

• Re-authenticated Plex / refreshed Plex token
• Manually ran “Plex Refresh Token” + “Sync Plex Watchlist”
• Restarted container

Questions:

• Is there a fix I should test?
• Is there any recommended workaround?
• Any specific debug logging I can enable to capture the failing Plex endpoint/URL?

This is fixed on seerr develop. Please wait for a new release or use seerr develop.
