Notification when requested movie is stalled and not ready

Hello, I have an issue where some requests that get auto approved, are not completed meaning they stay Processing until somebody notices them.

I can suggest additional functionality, when a request is Processing for X amount of hours, ping the admin in a notification to check it.

I did not see any related issues, was it considered before? Can it be added to a roadmap?

Desired Behavior

A new notification saying "Stalled requests" or "Pending requests",
ideally it can ping admin in Discord or other communicator,
sent after request is being processed X amount of hours
