Description
Today Seer checks for availiblity using radarr and sonarr, however also still also checks the media server for availability. In my case Plex.
Ideally, Seer should prioritize the availability in the Arrs over that of the media Server, or provide an option to select priority.
Use case:
Using UMTK or Agregarr, we can create a "Coming Soon" category within Plex, for items expected to become available within x days in Radarr/Sonarr, or any collection with titles that are not yet available in Plex. Agregarr then creates a placeholder file (using a downloaded trailer), pulls the item out of the "recently added" section in Plex and moves it into a "Coming Soon" collection with an added overlay to indicate when it's expected to become available.
Plex in this case technically thinks it's available, as the item is there - which is fine as it allows the user to watch the trailer and help inform if they want to request the full content.. Radarr/Sonarr however correctly sees the items as Missing.
Currently, Seer will mark such items as 'available' because Plex thinks it is, which then makes it impossible for a seer user to request the full content, since Seer thinks it's already there. With an option to select priority set for Radarr/Sonarr, Seer should ideally check the Arrs for the "true" availability, over Plex.
Desired Behavior
Seer should not identify placeholder/trailer material as full content being available, but rather conclude it is missing using the same status as Radarr and Sonarr would for the same title.
