Ability to use jellyfin access token for user authentication #2243

Description
Instead of maintain session cookies for authentication, middleware should allow use of user specified jellyfin api keys.
This will make it easier for other apps/users to integrate with seerr
Desired Behavior
Middleware should allow for X-API-Key to either be system provided api key OR jellyfin auth token
Other media server types can follow the same format in the future too
