Summary

• add dataset-specific labels to the country and city processors so their [INFO] progress updates explicitly reference the file being handled and finish with a confirmation line
• make the city names and metadata writer follow the same progress/done pattern so every long-running step reports its status consistently
• simplify the dispatcher so it passes human-readable labels into each processor instead of logging completion messages manually
