There are a few localstorage cookies used by Analytics.js if you have retries enabled. `ack` is a timer used to see if another tab should claim the retry queue. `reclaimStart` and `reclaimEnd` are used to signify if a tab is taking over the queue of another tab. `inProgress` and `queue` are used to track in-flight events and events that are queued up to be retried.
