Remove Databrains destination (#3044)

* databrain has shut down operations - updating docs

Removed getting stated and added warning to docs that the destination has been deprecated and is unavailable.

* Delete src/connections/destinations/catalog/databrain directory

Integration is now unavailable as the customer has ceased operations.
