Delete src/connections/destinations/catalog/tableau directory

Updating documentation because Tableau isn't a destination we support. Tableau is a BI tool that can be used on top of a warehouse to visualize and analyze data. Setting up Tableau to a warehouse would be configured directly through Tableau. Customer should reach out to Tableau for support.
