Support Setting Connection Mode for Amplitude Destination #150

Amplitude destinations can be either cloud-mode or device-mode, yet there seems to be no way to set that via the segment public API and by extension the segment terraform provider.

One can configure connection mode for amplitude destinations via Segment terraform provider
Describe alternatives you've considered
It seems I must manually configure this in the UI.
