Support for VisionFive2

VisionFive2 has started shipping early bird versions out and 70 dollar price range means with raspberry pi level computational features mean that this board is going to be first one catching wider adaption.

I was planning to support the VisionFive 2 once i have my board, but there is already an Archlinux image available: https://forum.rvspace.org/t/arch-linux-image-for-visionfive-2/1459

The kernel has more features enabled than the one in Github
