"Create New Contract" flow improvements

Improvement 1:
Add Add New Contract button that will open up the pop-up to add a new contract next to Contracts table.
New Contract card will be visible only after pressing the Add New Contract button

Improvement 2:
Display Edit Contract card only after pressing the Edit Contract button

Improvement 3:
Add roles with complete description (DEV -> Developer, QA -> Quality Assurance etc) because you have plenty of space. Also in the tables once you will make them wider #259 - Improvement 3

Improvement 4:
Put a placeholder Select role in the Role drop-down
