Request: Add Cheat Plugin Support for Gen 1 & 2 Virtual Console Titles

Hi there 👋,

I’d like to kindly request plugin cheat support for the Generation 1 and 2 Pokémon Virtual Console titles on the Nintendo 3DS:

0004000000171100 Pokémon Blue
0004000000171200 Pokémon Yellow
0004000000172600 Pokémon Gold
0004000000172700 Pokémon Silver
0004000000172800 Pokémon Crystal

I understand these are older titles and probably not played very often anymore, but it would be awesome to see them included for the sake of completion.
Adding cheat plugin support for these games would help round out the All-In-One plugin, giving it full coverage across all mainline Pokémon generations available on the 3DS.
