Add generated release notes to the action outputs #17

It would be very convenient to add release notes to the action outpt.

As I understand, release notes are being generated in the last step of https://github.com/semantic-release-action/next-release-version/blob/master/internal/action.yml, right?
If yes, it should be easy to add them to outputs
