docs: update documentation to v1.5 (#649)

## 📝 Description
Updates documentation to reflect the changes in v1.5.

New pages:
- User management
- Service accounts

Updates:
- Tag support for tags
- Tag support for notifications
- Support for updating user email in profile
- New parameter options for conditions DSL

Additionally:
- Added workaround for workflow editor button not working on new EE/CE
installations
- Updated installation instructions and added v1.5 version to the
version dropdown
