Make task ID in notifications a link to tasks logs

I’ve seen the related thread (#2149), but I’d like to open a separate issue.

It would significantly simplify usage if in the notification text:

Task: Example
execution #10485, status: ❌ ERROR!

execution #10485 were a clickable link pointing directly to the task log (https://semaphore.domain.com/project/1/history?t=10485).

This feels like a much simpler and lower-effort improvement compared to implementing full notification templates, while still providing clear practical value.
