Create Sample: AR templates do not set the sample point if SampleType was not previously selected or Client is previously selected

Steps to reproduce

1. In Senaite 2.X version load setup data for test
2. Go to Add AR Form
3. Select a Client
4. Select AR Template

If the client is not previously selected, sample point is set by AR Template.
If the Sample type is previously selected, sample point is set by AR Template.
