refactor(SelectionStatusBar): clean structure and restore scroll position indicator

- Refactor SelectionStatusBar into structured sections (left info, remote badge, filter, jump buttons, slider, position)
- Restore position indicator using selectedIndex / visibleIndex
- Improve readability and maintainability of status bar view
- Minor UI cleanup for jump navigation buttons
