sendMessage doesn't work for sending files

It looks like SendMessageData doesn't account for any of the file (and related) properties (e.g., url, file_name, etc) which then means that the serializer drops the properties before request.setBody is called

I have just released version 0.0.15 of this sdk with support for sending messages with a file.

I have done some local testing and successfully send file messages. Let me know if you have any issues. Thanks
