• If you want to change the message displayed in the channel, you need to customize the messageTextView of the SBUUserMessageCell.
• This can be done simply by overriding SBUUserMessageCell and using a custom SBUUserMessageTextViewModel type.

• First, create a CustomUserMessageCell class that inherits from SBUUserMessageCell.
• Then override the configure(with:) method, re-configure the messageTextView's model to your custom model.
