How to get the rendered value of <%asm_global_unsubscribe_raw_url%> from the template API?

When using the API to retrieve a single template, is there an option to have Unsubscribe tags such as `<%asm_global_unsubscribe_raw_url%>` rendered so that the actual url is included in the HTML returned? Alternatively, is there any documentation that describes the rules for how you render the tag so that I can create the url myself?
