refactor: remove inline Tailwind CSS styles from Welcome.svelte

- Remove redundant inline Tailwind CSS styles from svelte:head section
- These styles are already included via the main Tailwind CSS build
- Match style implementation with official React and Vue stacks
- Improves consistency across all Breeze stacks
- Reduces file size and improves maintainability
