  1. ✅ Fixed PowerShell script syntax errors
  2. ✅ Fixed LangChain import issues (pinned versions)
  3. ✅ Fixed Docker PORT configuration
  4. ✅ Made startup resilient (won't fail if API key missing)
  5. ✅ Created startup script for Cloud Run

1. Set Your OpenAI API Key

Option A: Using Secret Manager (Recommended)
