What is the PVC on taskbroker for?

I'll be managing the upgrade to the v28 chart and I've noticed that the taskbroker requires a PVC (or at least has it as an option).

What is the persistence for? What will I lose if I disable it?

Sentry (and other applications in the future) produce task activations. Taskbroker consumes those messages and stores them in a SQLite database to avoid head-of-line blocking, enable out-of-order execution and per-task acknowledgements.

So, you might lose a bunch of unprocessed tasks if the pod is recreated if there is no persistence.
