Is TDL optional?

Is TDL a requirement or optional? If it is optional, can you add a cmake option for it?
If it is not optional, could it be made optional? :)

Having a zero-dependency option is quite essential for such a library, I think.

I started working on it: #218

It'll be similar to how we handle zlib/bzip2 in SeqAn3:

• If TDL is available, use it.
• If TDL is not available, don't use it. :)
• Have an option SHARG_NO_TDL that if set to ON (default is OFF) force-disables TDL.
