This matches the equivalent `FromIterator for Value` which allows for `K: Into<String>` and `V: Into<Value>`

This matches the equivalent
FromIterator for Valuewhich allows forK: Into<String>andV: Into<Value>Added a doctest (mostly copied from the equivalent method on Value) which passes.
